As a Seller, adding your products is really easy. Log into your account, on the navigation bar click Add product, then proceed to add product details such as title, category, description, price and images. At any time, you can edit your products by clicking on the Shop link on the navigation bar, then tap on the particular product, make the changes and then click save. Also, if a product is not available, you need not delete it, you can edit and uncheck the available button, this way it will remain in your shop, but won't be seen by customers until you make it available. Watch our tutorial on how to add products to your shop.

This could be due to one of two reasons. Maybe you forgot your password. If yes, kindly reset it here. Or your account might have been deactivated or suspended for reasons which violates our Terms of Use. If you think your account have been deactivated, or you're unsure what the problem is, contact our support to get assistance on resolving your issue.

This could be due to one of several reasons:
First, as a new business/seller, you need to be verified, and verification takes less than an hour to complete after setting up your shop. To check if your business is verified, go to your Seller Profile, there's a "verified" badge below your business name. If it shows "unverified", contact our support to get verified. Secondly, this may be a result of your shop being temporarily suspended for reasons which violates our Terms of Use. If you think your business have been suspended, contact our support to get assistance on resolving your issue. Thirdly, our algorithm is optimized to show businesses with more (at least 10) products in their shop. So, if you don't have enough products in your shop, make sure to add them now as this will increase your visibility.

As a seller, if you can't view or access your shop, this means you might have violated our Terms of Use, and your shop is temporarily suspended. If you think your business have been suspended, contact our support to get assistance on resolving your issue.

We have two different badges on products:
This "" means you're a subscribed seller, hence all your products will be seen by customers. And this "" means you're a Free Seller (or your subscription has expired) and only 10 products marked "Free" will be seen by customers.

When your subscription expires, all products except ten in your shop will be marked with this "" badge which means they won't be seen by your customers. Note: none of your products will be deleted, and once you subscribe again, all your products will be visible and available to everyone.

For now, Cheapershop does not process payments between sellers and buyers. Coming soon, this feature will be added.
