This could be due to one of several reasons:
First, as a new business/seller, you need to be verified, and verification takes less than an hour to complete after setting up your shop.
To check if your business is verified, go to your
Seller Profile,
there's a "verified" badge below your business name. If it shows "unverified",
contact our support to get verified.
Secondly, this may be a result of your shop being temporarily suspended for reasons which violates our
Terms of Use.
If you think your business have been suspended,
contact our support to get assistance on
resolving your issue.
Thirdly, our algorithm is optimized to show businesses with more (at least 10) products in their shop.
So, if you don't have enough products in your shop, make sure to add them now as this will increase your visibility.
